根据培生PTE少儿英语测评（下称“PTE-YL”）全面推广计划，培生已于2018年10月15日正式授权广州创显科教股份有限公司（下称“创显”）成为PTE-YL中国大陆地区的独家代理商。创显对2018年10月15日之后所有新PTE-YL中心的申请、注册、运营有独家的授权与管理权利。现我司收到合作伙伴举报，中国大陆市场内已多次出现未经创显授权的企业或个人对外授权PTE-YL中心、冒充创显对外合作、将本中心考卷供其他中心使用等不合规行为。经核实，这些行为已严重扰乱市场，危害我司与众合作伙伴的权益。

In accordance with the comprehensive promotion plan of Pearson Test of Young Learners (hereinafter referred to as "PTE-YL"), Pearson has officially authorized Guangzhou Createview Optoelectronics Technology Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Createview") to become the exclusive representative of PTE-YL in mainland China on October 15, 2018. Createview has the exclusive right to manage the application, registration and operation of new authorized PTE-YL Centres since 15 October 2018. Now Pearson has received reports that there have been many non-compliance behaviors in the Chinese mainland market, such as unauthorized enterprises or individuals to authorize the PTE-YL centres, to masquerade as Createview for cooperation, and to divide one centre’s test papers to other centres separately. It has been verified that these actions have seriously disturbed the market and jeopardized the rights and interests of Pearson and our partners.
